Conversational Space

Here we describe the architecture of conversation, in a system or design perspective, not as a singular temporal event but as a network process that occurs across time and space.

Let's weave this text together with our thoughts on Conversations Across Space.

In previous work, we looked at Deliberative Furniture. In Liquid Democracy we tried to address the inadequacy of The Individual Vote by creating Decision Making Space with Terms of Reference organically laid down using a new form of Domain Specific Language we called Liquid Law.

More recently we have been going back to some art installation experiments we conducted in the 1990's creating conversational spaces, that integrated technology into the social setting to augment or encourage new types of conversation.

We describe how we will collectively author a single chapter based on what we are calling an Experimental Interview.

We suggest a workflow that might allow participants in this Experimental Interview to assert some direction upon the writing of others.
